Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice explains how Guangzhou Star Trade Cross-border Trade Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in mainland China, processes information through ProPourAllSid Ads Manager (the "Application"). The Application is an internal tool used only to manage our own Amazon Ads account for the United States marketplace. It is not offered to third parties.
1. Information we process
When our authorized account owner connects the Application to Amazon Ads, we may process:
- Amazon Ads advertiser and profile identifiers;
- OAuth credentials and technical authorization records;
- campaign, ad group, advertised product, keyword, product-targeting, bid, budget, placement, portfolio, and status information;
- aggregated advertising performance data, including impressions, clicks, spend, attributed orders, attributed sales, conversion rate, ACoS, and ROAS;
- product and unit-economics information supplied by our authorized personnel, such as SKU, ASIN, selling price, costs, inventory status, and margin assumptions; and
- security and audit logs, including timestamps, API request identifiers, errors, and records of automated changes.
We do not intentionally request or store Amazon shopper names, email addresses, telephone numbers, postal addresses, payment details, or other directly identifying consumer information.
2. How we use information
We use the information only to authenticate our Amazon Ads account; create and manage our own campaigns; optimize bids, budgets, keywords, product targets, and placements; monitor advertising performance and spending limits; produce internal reports; detect errors or unauthorized activity; and maintain audit and compliance records.
3. Legal and operational basis
Processing is performed at the direction of our authorized Amazon Ads account owner for our legitimate internal advertising operations, account security, financial control, and compliance obligations. We process only the information reasonably necessary for these purposes.
4. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell, rent, or license Amazon Ads information. Information may be processed by Amazon as the advertising platform and by infrastructure or communications providers that support secure hosting, backups, and operational alerts. Those providers receive only the information necessary to perform their services and are expected to protect it under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
Cloudflare Pages hosts this public notice. Amazon Ads campaign data and OAuth credentials are not stored on this website. Microsoft may process limited alert content when operational notifications are sent to our designated Outlook mailbox.
5. Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted network connections, restricted server access, least-privilege service accounts, protected credentials, firewall controls, security updates, and audit logging. Live advertising writes remain disabled until authorization and operational readiness checks pass. When reporting and campaign management are active, integrity and budget controls are designed to trigger automatic suspension when configured safety thresholds fail. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we review and improve these safeguards as appropriate.
6. Retention and deletion
- Raw Amazon Ads report data is normally retained for up to 90 days.
- Daily aggregated campaign data is normally retained for up to 13 months for trend and seasonality analysis.
- Operational audit logs are normally retained for up to 180 days.
- When encrypted backups are created, they are normally retained for up to 30 days.
- OAuth credentials are retained until authorization is revoked or the Application is discontinued.
We may retain limited records for longer when required by law, security investigation, or financial audit obligations. When information is no longer required, we delete or securely anonymize it.
7. International processing
The Application supports a mainland China company advertising in the United States and uses secured infrastructure located in Hong Kong. Information may therefore be processed in mainland China, Hong Kong, the United States, or other locations used by our service providers, subject to applicable contractual and legal safeguards.
8. Choices and requests
The authorized Amazon account owner may revoke the Application's access through Amazon account settings. Requests to access, correct, or delete information controlled by us may be sent to the contact address below. We will respond in accordance with applicable law and our contractual obligations to Amazon.
9. Cookies and tracking
This public website does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or behavioral profiling technologies. The hosting provider may process ordinary technical request data, such as IP address and browser information, to deliver and secure the webpage.
10. Children's information
The Application is intended for authorized business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when our processing practices, technology, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of the page will identify the current version.
